Description
This No-Bake Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad is creamy, fruity, and unbelievably easy. Made with fresh strawberries, ripe bananas, and a fluffy cheesecake-inspired base, it’s the kind of dessert that disappears fast at potlucks and family get-togethers. No oven needed—just mix, chill, and serve!
Ingredients
-
8 oz cream cheese, softened
-
¼ cup granulated sugar
-
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
-
1½ cups strawberry banana yogurt (or vanilla)
-
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
-
4 cups fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, and quartered (reserve ½ cup for garnish)
-
2½ cups ripe bananas, sliced (reserve ½ cup for garnish; toss in lemon juice if needed)
-
Optional: mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Add the yogurt and mix until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping. Be careful not to overmix—keep it light.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors come together.
- Just before serving, fold in the sliced strawberries and bananas.
- Add optional mix-ins if using.
- Garnish with reserved fruit and serve cold.
Notes
- For best results, slice bananas just before serving to prevent browning.
- A quick toss in lemon or pineapple juice helps bananas stay fresh-looking.
- Pat strawberries dry after washing to avoid watery salad.
- Add extra cream cheese if you prefer a thicker, more cheesecake-like texture.
- Great for make-ahead—just stir in fruit right before serving.
