  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, and quartered (reserve ½ cup for garnish)

  • 2½ cups ripe bananas, sliced (reserve ½ cup for garnish; toss in lemon juice if needed)

  • Optional: mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, crushed graham crackers


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Add the yogurt and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping. Be careful not to overmix—keep it light.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors come together.
  5. Just before serving, fold in the sliced strawberries and bananas.
  6. Add optional mix-ins if using.
  7. Garnish with reserved fruit and serve cold.
